配送ポリシー

USA: 1-3 business days for processing, 7-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping is $3.95 for orders under $30 and free for orders over $30.

UK: 1-3 business days for processing, For UK customers, we use Evri or Royal Mail for shipping. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days after dispatch.

International: 7-10 business days

Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Weekends do not count as business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number should be activated when the parcel arrives in the destination country. If you do not receive an order tracking update within 7 business days, please contact us.

In addition, in some extenuating circumstances, due to delays or other uncontrollable factors, your order may take longer than the estimated delivery date. Please understand that the estimated delivery date is based on data from all of our orders and should be taken as an estimate, not a guarantee.

Lost or Stolen Orders
SueSilkHK is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed to have been successfully delivered by the courier. The company will not compensate or replace orders that have been confirmed to have been successfully delivered by the courier but have been reported as lost or stolen.
