RETURNS & REFUNDS
At SueSilkHK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.
Return Eligibility

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Products produced according to customer specifications.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original eligible item.
Delivered Parcels
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. SueSilkHK is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address.
