Free Standard Shipping on Orders of £35 or More (GBP)

Standard Shipping costs £3.95 GBP for orders under £35 GBP. Orders of £35 GBP or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Dispatch

Standard orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard orders to other destinations are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order items require approximately 7 days before dispatch. The standard dispatch times do not apply to these orders.

Typical delivery times

• United States: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom, France, Germany and Canada: 4–7 business days
• Other destinations: 4–12 business days

These are typical delivery estimates for standard orders, not guaranteed arrival dates. Made-to-order items take longer. Carrier operations, local delivery conditions and peak periods can affect delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates normally become available once the parcel reaches the destination country and enters the local delivery network.

If you have not received any tracking updates within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that delivery times are estimates based on historical shipping performance and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Lost or Stolen Orders

SueSilkHK is not responsible for parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier. Orders reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
