Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders Over $35

Orders under $35 are charged a flat shipping fee of $3.95.

USA:
1-3 business days for processing, 3-6 business days for delivery.

UK:
1-3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days after dispatch.

Canada:
1-3 business days for processing, 4-7 business days for delivery.

Europe:
1-3 business days for processing, 4-8 business days for delivery.

Australia:
1-3 business days for processing, 4-7 business days for delivery.

Other International Destinations:
1-3 business days for processing, 5-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates normally become available once the parcel reaches the destination country and enters the local delivery network.

If you have not received any tracking updates within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Lost or Stolen Orders

SueSilkHK is not responsible for parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier. Orders reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
