Please note: Mulberry silk scarf needs 7 days to complete the production and then shipped, other materials need 2-5 days depending on the number of orders.
All you need to do is to send us your artwork, children's drawings, personal and family photos, including photos of pets in AI, PSD, JPEG, PNG format at no less than 300 DPI via WeTransfer, Etsy message, or via our email address (info@suesilkhk.com)

Care Instructions
It can be dry cleaned in a variety of ways if you prefer to have it professionally dry cleaned.
It is also safe to hand wash this delicate silk, or silk and cotton scarf at home. Here's how to do it.
Place the silk scarf in warm to cold water
Let it soak, for about 2-3 minutes
Stir slowly and gently
Rinse with clean water
Lay flat to dry
The best way to smooth out creases or refresh a silk scarf is to use a steam iron. As a general rule, iron gently.
